You might be someone who appears to be coping on the surface. You work hard, care deeply, and have high standards for yourself. Yet despite everything you are doing, you may find yourself caught in worry, overthinking, self-doubt, or the feeling that you are never quite doing enough.
Anxiety can show up in many ways. It can affect your confidence, your relationships, your sleep, your work, your ability to make decisions, or your capacity to enjoy the things that matter most to you. Over time, it can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much on your own.
“Happiness is not dependent on circumstances being exactly as we want them to be, or on ourselves being exactly as we’d like to be. Rather, happiness stems from loving ourselves and our lives exactly as they are, knowing that joy and pain, strength and weakness, glory and failure are all essential to the full human experience.” – Kristin Neff
My role is not to help you eliminate every difficult thought or feeling. My role is to help you build a different relationship with those experiences so they no longer get in the way of living the life you want.
